目的了解湖南省市售食品卫生状况,为开展食品卫生监督提供依据。方法依据相关国家标准和地方标准。结果2006-2008年15类抽检食品总合格率为76.96%。黄花菜合格率低于异蛇酒、红薯粉、面粉和麻油类食品;保健食品合格率低于婴幼儿配方粉;食品添加剂合格率低于违禁成分和卫生指标;散装样品合格率低于定型包装样品合格率;散装样品中微生物指标合格率低于理化指标合格率。结论应加强餐饮业和食品加工企业的卫生管理监督,加强保健食品管理,重视散装食品的卫生问题,规范食品添加剂的使用。
Objective To understand the status of food hygiene in the market of Hunan Province and provide basis for food hygiene supervision. Methods based on relevant national standards and local standards. Results The total qualified rate of 15 kinds of sampled foods in 2006-2008 was 76.96%. The pass rate of day lily is lower than that of the snake wine, sweet potato flour, flour and sesame oil. The pass rate of health food is lower than that of infant formula. The passing rate of food additives is lower than that of prohibited ingredients and health indicators. Sample pass rate; bulk samples of microbial indicators pass rate lower than the pass rate of physical and chemical indicators. Conclusion The health management supervision of catering industry and food processing enterprises should be strengthened, the management of health food should be strengthened, the health problems of bulk foods should be emphasized, and the use of food additives should be standardized.
