心脏内感受器按其所在部位有心房和心室感受器之分,它们所联系的传入神经纤维既有交感性的,又有迷走性的。在交感性传入纤维中,以有髓纤维为主;而在迷走性传入纤维中,则以无髓纤维占优势。本文论述了各种心脏感受器的电生理学特征和可能的机能意义;着重讨论了心房感受器的分类以及它们对心率和肾机能的调节作用;指出了由迷走传入的心室感受器在控制心血管机能、肾素释放和运动中的意义,以及在某些病理生理条件下可能起的作用。
