目的:从百合中提取百合多糖,后与铁(Ⅲ)合成百合多糖铁复合物(LPC),建立LPC中铁含量的测定方法。方法:热水浸泡法提取百合多糖;在碱性条件下,百合多糖水溶液与三氯化铁反应合成LPC;用邻菲罗啉分光光度法和原子吸收光谱法测定LPC中铁(Ⅲ)的含量。结果:LPC是深棕红色无定型粉末,LPC中铁(Ⅲ)的含量:邻菲罗啉分光光度法测定结果为20.81%,原子吸收光谱法测定结果为20.10%。结论:邻菲罗啉分光光度法和原子吸收光谱法的测定结果基本一致。
OBJECTIVE: To extract Lily polysaccharides from lily and synthesize lily polysaccharide (LPC) with iron (Ⅲ) to establish a method for the determination of iron content in LPC. Methods: Lily polysaccharides were extracted by hot water immersion method. LPC was synthesized by reaction of lily polysaccharides aqueous solution with ferric chloride under alkaline condition. The content of iron (Ⅲ) in LPC was determined by using phenanthroline spectrophotometry and atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: LPC was dark brown red amorphous powder. The content of iron (Ⅲ) in LPC was 20.81% by spectrophotometry with o-phenanthroline and 20.10% by atomic absorption spectrometry. Conclusion: The results of spectrophotometry with 1,10-phenanthroline and atomic absorption spectrometry are basically the same.
