实现大批农村劳动力转移是我国全面建设小康社会的必然要求。农村劳动力转移的趋势是由体力型向素质型转变。农村职业教育是实现农村劳动力转移的关键因素。目前我国农村职业教育萎靡滑坡,发展状况和态势并不尽如人意,在人才培养上面临困境。农村职业教育发展必须从面向“三农”转为面向城乡,从单一就业教育转为就业与升学教育并重。要转变职业教育的办学指导思想,深化职业教育自身改革;改善社会外部环境,为农村职业教育提供良好的发展空间。
The realization of a large number of rural labor force transfer is an inevitable requirement for building an overall well-to-do society in our country. The trend of rural labor transfer from physical to qualitative changes. Rural vocational education is the key factor to realize the transfer of rural labor force. At present, the rural vocational education in our country is sluggish. The development and the situation are not satisfactory, and we face the dilemma of personnel training. The development of rural vocational education must shift from facing “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” to facing urban and rural areas and shifting from single-employment education to both employment and further education. It is necessary to change the guiding ideology of running a school for vocational education, deepen the reform of vocational education itself, improve the external environment for the community, and provide a good space for development of rural vocational education.
