松果菊(Echinacea)的糖贮藏器官常由果聚糖发挥作用,这些多糖在植物中亦可看作渗透石(osmolites)。果聚糖的药理性质显有抗癌活性。最近,y-菊糖(y-inulin)微粒已确证是菊糖制剂的活性成分,它专属地活化补体的交替途径,本研究的目的是考查紫松果菊(E.pur-purea)和狭叶松果菊(E.angustifolia)的根、地上部分和植物治疗剂中的果聚糖,并研究根中果糖的聚合度(DP)。上述两种植物在其生长两年时每月收获共三次,按HAB(方法3a)制备乙醇提取液。用开水制备水提取液,果聚糖用TLC
Echinacea’s sugar storage organs often function as fructans, and these polysaccharides can also be considered as osmolites in plants. The pharmacological properties of fructans show anticancer activity. Recently, y-inulin particles have been confirmed to be the active ingredient of inulin preparations, which exclusively activate the alternative pathway of complement. The purpose of this study was to examine E.pur-purea and Narrow E.angustifolia roots, aerial parts, and fructans in plant therapeutics, and the degree of polymerization (DP) of fructose in roots was studied.
