目的:研究血液灌流联合连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过治疗尿毒症脑病的临床疗效。方法:针对我院21例尿毒症脑病患者采取血液灌流联合连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过治疗方案。观察患者治疗后的临床疗效以及实验室各项指标。结果:CVVH+HP治疗中患者意识逐渐好转,症状减轻,治疗后临床疗效评定较治疗前有明显改善;治疗前后血压、心率变化无显著差异(P>0.05);APACHE Ⅱ评分逐渐下降,较治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.01);患者肾功明显改善(P<0.05),清除中、大分子的能力较好,具有显著统计学意义。结论:CVVH+HP能够明显改善患者临床症状且血流动力学稳定,患者血压、心率治疗前后无明显波动,大大降低了血液净化的风险,值得临床推广。
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of hemoperfusion and continuous veno-venous hemofiltration in the treatment of uremic encephalopathy. Methods: A total of 21 patients with uremic encephalopathy were treated with hemoperfusion combined with continuous veno-venous hemofiltration. Observed the clinical efficacy of patients after treatment and laboratory indicators. Results: The consciousness of patients in CVVH + HP gradually improved, and the symptoms were relieved. The clinical curative effect was apparently improved after treatment. There was no significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate before and after treatment (P> 0.05). APACHE Ⅱ score decreased gradually, (P <0.01). The renal function was significantly improved in patients (P <0.05), and the ability to clear middle and large molecules was good, with significant statistical significance. Conclusion: CVVH + HP can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and hemodynamic stability of patients with no significant fluctuations in blood pressure and heart rate before and after treatment, greatly reducing the risk of blood purification, is worthy of clinical promotion.
