热带钢轧机历经五十余年的发展,到七十年代,无论在机械制造或自动控制方面都取得很大成就。这种高水平轧机的代表厂有大分、塔兰托、索里梅和布莱梅等厂,我国武钢的热带钢轧机亦属其列。但近年来,西方国家由于热带钢轧机生产能力大大过剩,加之通货膨胀严重,轧机造价猛增,利润率低,投资困难,使热带钢轧机在八十年代的发展前景罩上一层阴影。本文分析了热带钢轧机发展史,预测八十年代的趋向,指出斯太柯热卷取箱、六辊式轧机等可能成为优先发展的技术项目,并指出我国热带钢轧机生产薄弱,不能满足市场的需求,应积极改造现有轧机,为我国热带钢生产奠定基础。
After more than 50 years of development, the hot strip mill achieved great achievements in the seventies both in machinery manufacturing and automatic control. The representative factories of this high-level mill are Oita, Taranto, Sori and Bremen plants. The hot-strip mill in WISCO is also on the list. In recent years, however, Western countries have cast a shadow over the prospects for the development of the hot strip mill in the 1980s due to the vast excess capacity of the hot strip mills, coupled with the serious inflation, the soaring mill prices, the low profit margins and the investment difficulties. This paper analyzes the development history of the hot strip mill and predicts the trend in the 1980s. It points out that the technology such as the Steyr coiler and the six-roll mill may be the priority projects. It also points out that the production of the hot strip mill in our country is weak and can not meet the needs of the market Demand, we should actively transform the existing rolling mill, laying a foundation for the production of tropical steel in China.
