瓷质氧化网纹胶印工艺是我厂八一年试验并用于我厂E3300系列等新品的重要工艺项目。经该工艺加工的仪器面板典雅柔和,图纹清晰,给人以新的感觉。本文就该工艺试验过程及生产经验加以总结,望批评指正。一、新工艺试验的依据 1、原工艺状况:过去的面板加工工艺是喷砂腐蚀烂字。现采用胶印印刷工艺。它给面板标牌生产带来较大的变化。由于面板仍采用机械喷砂,喷砂表面经电抛——氧化处理后会形成刺目的漫反射表面,以致造成使用者眼睛的疲劳。一九八○年四机部测量仪器工艺交流会上,仪器处领导提出必须改变面板加工的这一状况,用较柔和的色调代替喷砂加工工艺。为了此目的,同时结合我厂的工艺现状,必须寻找一种既能增加外表
