食品安全一直是政府和老百姓关注的焦点,“苏丹红辣椒粉”、“瘦肉精猪肉”、“三聚氰胺奶粉”等食品安全事件已然严重打击了老百姓对食品安全的信心。武汉某大学教授的“你一定也吃过地沟油”、“在外面吃10顿饭就可能有1顿碰上地沟油”的论断,以及媒体有关“地沟油”地下产业链的追踪报道等信息,又让消费者对餐饮单位使用的食用油充满疑虑。然而目前还没有特异的检测指标能够对“地沟油”进行判别。在此背景下,我们通过对餐饮单位食用油使用情况的抽样调查,了解目前餐饮单位使用散装食用油的状况及存在的问题,分析餐饮单位推行预包装食用油的必要性和可行性,目的是通过在餐饮单位推行预包装食用油,以期切断“地沟油”通过散装食用油流入餐桌的途径,同时也为推动限制散装食用油销售使用的地方立法做些基础性工作。
