随着改革开放的不断深入,事业单位领导体制、经营机制和分配制度都发生了重大变化。加强事业单位思想政治工作,为事业单位改革发展保驾护航,也成为事业单位无法回避的问题。文章从激励理论视阈出发,分析了事业单位思想政治工作存在的问题,并提出了思想政治工作开展策略。
With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, significant changes have taken place in the leadership system, operating mechanism and distribution system in public institutions. To strengthen the ideological and political work of public institutions and to escort the reform and development of public institutions has also become an unavoidable issue for public institutions. From the perspective of motivation theory, the article analyzes the existing problems in the ideological and political work of public institutions and puts forward the strategies for carrying out ideological and political work.
