自应力钢筋砼输水管已广泛用于城乡供水、农田排灌、小型水电站等工程。据1989年统计,自应力管年产量3227公里,约占同期水泥压力管产量4225.38公里的四分之三,其规格为φ100mm~800mm。我厂是国家建材局定点生产自应力钢筋砼输水管的企业,年产φ100mm~500mm自应力管500公里以上。产品主要用作市、县、镇自来水厂的主管道。φ100mm以下的配套进户支管,一般采用铸铁管、镀锌管及PVC硬质塑料管。这三种管材都有一定的缺陷。铸铁管及镀锌管造价高,接头为刚性,长期使用会锈蚀和结瘤,影响通水能力,水质变黄,对健康有害;PVC硬管易老化,易受气温变化影响,爆管时有发生,使用寿命较短。根据上述情况,我厂于1989年召开了上海市和江苏省部份使用自应力钢筋砼输水管的用户座谈会。会上同志们要求栽厂设计试产为村镇水厂配套使用的小口径自应力钢筋砼输水管。根据以上要求,我厂于1990年初,参照《GB4084—83》标准研究设计了φ

Based on the above situation, in 1989, our company convened a symposium on the use of self-stressed reinforced concrete water pipes in Shanghai and Jiangsu provinces. The comrades at the meeting asked the planting plant to design a small-caliber self-stressing reinforced concrete water transfer pipe that will be used as a supporting product for village and town water plants. According to the above requirements, in early 1990, our factory researched and designed φ according to the standard of GB4084-83.
