应用荧光探剂标记完整心肌细胞膜脂区,用稳态荧光偏振技术观测模拟缺血及电解产生自由基对培养大鼠乳鼠心肌细胞膜流动性的影响。同时还观察了丙二醛和乳酸脱氢酶的变化。结果表明,缺氧缺糖及电解产生自由基在造成心肌细胞损害的同时使膜流动性下降。
Fluorescence probes were used to label the membrane lipid regions of intact cardiomyocytes, and the effects of simulated ischemia and electrolytes on free radical production on the membrane fluidity of cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes were observed by steady-state fluorescence polarization. The changes of malondialdehyde and lactate dehydrogenase were also observed. The results show that oxygen and glucose deprivation and electrolysis produce free radicals in the myocardial cell damage caused by the same time to reduce membrane fluidity.
