58年下半年以来,我国在电渣焊方面取得了重大的成就。这主要表現在我們破除了迷信,掌握了电渣焊的原理,创造出切合我国現实情况的电渣焊法。这些电渣焊法有焊丝电渣焊、板極电渣焊、熔咀电渣焊及手工电渣焊等。半年前,我国还只有哈尔濱鍋爐厂有电渣焊(該厂有苏联的电焊机)。如今不过四、五个月,使用电渣焊的就有很多單位,如:建成机器厂、焊接研究所、哈尔濱电机厂、天津水輪机厂、天津大学、石景山鋼铁厂、清华大学等等。而焊成的机器零件也不少,如:800公厘轧鋼机机架、72500瓩水輪机主軸和坐环、15000瓩水輪机主軸、12500瓩水輪机主軸和坐环。这种發展速度是非常快的。可以預料,电渣焊在我国將会非常迅速地推广和發展起來,並且將会成为我国制造机器毛坯的主要工艺之一。
Since the second half of 58th, China has made great achievements in electroslag welding. This is mainly manifested in the fact that we broke away from superstition and mastered the principle of electroslag welding to create an electroslag welding method that suits our reality. Electroslag welding methods such as welding wire electroslag welding, plate electrode electroslag welding, meltblown electroslag welding and manual electroslag welding. Six months ago, there was only electroslag welding in Harbin boiler plant in our country (the factory has Soviet welding machine). Today, however, four or five months, the use of electroslag welding there are many units, such as: the completion of the machinery plant, Welding Institute, Harbin Motor Plant, Tianjin Hydraulic turbine plant, Tianjin University, Shijingshan Iron and Steel Plant, Tsinghua University and so on. The welding machine parts are also many, such as: 800 mm rolling mill machine frame, 72500 瓩 turbine shaft and seat ring, 15000 瓩 turbine shaft, 12500 瓩 turbine shaft and seat ring. This development is very fast. It can be expected that electroslag welding in China will be very rapidly to promote and develop, and will become China’s manufacturing machinery blank one of the major processes.
