临床上脑脊液鼻漏少见 ,约占颅脑外伤并发症的 2 %～ 3% 〔1〕。今见 1例 ,报道如下 :病员男性 ,6 5岁。反复左鼻清水样溢液 5月 ,加重 10天 ,于 1999 18 16日入院。 5月前因感冒发生左鼻孔清水样溢液 ,18～ 2 0滴 /分 ,伴头昏痛。低头位加重 ,抬头后停止。抗感染后溢液消失。
Clinical cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea rare, accounting for about 2% to 3% of traumatic brain injury 〔1〕. See 1 case, reported as follows: Patient male, 65 years old. Repeated left nasal clear water-like discharge May, increased 10 days, admitted to hospital on January 18, 1999. 5 months ago due to a cold left nostril watery discharge, 18 ~ 20 drops / min, with a stunned head. Lower head position increased, after the rise of the stop. Anti-infective discharge disappears.
