数学学习是小学教育中最难的科目,由于数学知识比较抽象,而小学生的思维还处于形成阶段,因而小学数学教学中常常会有一些学生跟不上教学进度,对数学知识的掌握也较难,这就是教师常说的“后进生”.班级存在后进生会影响整体教学质量,而对于后进的学生来说,他们会感到学习吃力,对数学学习产生厌烦心理.因此,如何科学地有针对性地对后进生进行教育教学,促进后进生的转化,是整体改善小学数学教学质量的关键,我们教师应该予以充分重视.
