随着改革开放的深化和市场的经济体制的确立,促进了社会生产力的发展。有了繁荣的市场,材料供应渠道就可畅通,材料供应地就可就近选择。材料运距缩短了,是选择公路运输的先决条件、而公路运价已包括了运输保险费。因此建议将“主要材料预算价格计算表”中的“保险费”栏剔除,如采用铁路或水路运输,将保险费计入“主要材料运输费用计算表”运杂费中。
With the deepening of reform and opening up and the establishment of the market’s economic system, social productivity has been promoted. With a prosperous market, material supply channels can be smooth, material suppliers can choose the nearest. Shorter material distances are a prerequisite for selecting road transport, and road freight rates already include transport insurance. Therefore, it is suggested to exclude the “Insurance” column in the “Main Material Budget Price Calculation Table”. For example, if the transportation is by rail or waterway, the insurance premium shall be included in the calculation sheet of “Transportation Cost of Major Materials”.
