How to scientifically assess the medical ethics of medical personnel and quantify them, so as to enhance the quality education of medical ethics in a targeted way has been the hotspot and difficulty for hospital management departments for many years. Based on the actuality of medical ethics education in our hospital, this article puts forward a preliminary conception of the quantitative evaluation of medical staff’s medical ethics from the perspective of objective management, and explores and establishes a set of medical ethics evaluation index system that is suitable for the characteristics of the hospital, scientific, reasonable, effective, and feasible. Provide effective ways for health care institutions to strengthen professional ethics. 1 The proposal of the problem At present, it is one of the main methods adopted by medical and health units at all levels to strengthen the construction of medical ethics through the establishment of advanced models typical of medical ethics. The establishment of advanced models is generally based on the recommendation of the grassroots and the selection of the people’s votes, and is ultimately determined by the organization. Although most of the advanced models produced by the recommendation are advanced and representative, they are due to the
