2006年教育部颁发了《关于全面提高高等职业教育教学质量的若干意见》,其中明确要求要增加专业教师中具有企业工作经历教师的比例,即加强双师型教师队伍的建设。为响应此号召,为进一步加强师资队伍建设,目前,高职院校内部有许多“在职培训”的政策,组织形式有选送外出进修、派出实地考察、组织学术交流等,其中一项有关“让教师到企业之中接受锻炼”的政策便是重要的培训形式之一。毫无疑问,这些对于快速提高高校青年教师的教学和科研能力都是非常必要的。(本文以电子类企业为例进行了相关的论述)
In 2006, the Ministry of Education issued Several Opinions on Improving the Teaching Quality of Higher Vocational Education in an all-round way. Specifically, it was required to increase the proportion of teachers with working experience in the specialized professions, that is, to strengthen the construction of double-qualified teachers. In order to respond to this call, in order to further strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, at present, there are many policies of “on-the-job training ” in higher vocational colleges. The forms of organization include sending and sending students to go out for study, sending field trips and organizing academic exchanges. One of the important forms of training is the policy of “allowing teachers to work out in the enterprise.” Undoubtedly, these are necessary to rapidly improve the teaching and research capabilities of young university teachers.
