王冉,哈佛大学经济学学士,工商管理学硕士(MBA)。曾在美国大通银行全球并购部担任高级职务,成功操作了包括韩国SKT通讯、真露啤酒、大宇电子、菲律宾航空公司等在内的几项在亚洲富有影响的并购项目,涉及总金额超过10亿美元。王冉1994年在美国高盛公司就职,开始了他的投资银行生涯。之后回国创办了中国第一家专注于新经济并购顾问业的投资银行——易凯网络资本有限公司,现任该公司首席执行官。他已在国内多家财经报刊及互联网上发表了近百篇投资银行方面的专业文章,并主编出版了中国第一本项目融资方面的专著《项目融资》。
Wang Ran, Bachelor of Economics, Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard University. He once held senior positions in Global M & A Department of Chase Manhattan Bank and successfully operated several influential mergers and acquisitions projects in Asia, including South Korea’s SKT Communications, TrueLab, Daewoo Electronics and Philippine Airlines, involving a total amount of more than 1 billion Dollars. Ran Wang started his investment banking career with Goldman Sachs in 1994. After returning to China founded the first investment bank specializing in the new economy mergers and acquisitions consultancy industry - Ekai Network Capital Co., Ltd., now the company’s chief executive officer. He has published nearly a hundred articles on investment banking in a number of domestic financial newsweeks and the Internet. He has also published and published the monograph Project Financing, the first project financing project in China.
