制动时,制动器(鼓式)摩擦副产生的力F与制动蹄蹄端推力P之比,称为制动器的效率系数(BEF),即BEF=F/P。BEF是评价不同结构型式制动器制动效率高低的主要指标。不同结构型式的制动器,其效率系数的求法不同,而且不同结构型式的制动器,其效率系数亦不同。本文提出不同结构型式的制动器(鼓式、盘式和带式)效率的求法,进而求出不同结构型式制动器的制动力矩。
