采用赤红泥沙土、耕作沙壤、粗骨红壤、灰泡土和未经清洗的河沙作插壤进行杜仲嫩枝扦插试验，结果表明：赤红泥沙土的生根率可达90％，是最理想的扦插土壤。耕作沙壤经过精耕细作和严格消毒也可以收到生根率达70％以上的效果。其它3种土壤不宜作扦插土壤使用。
Using red muddy soil, tillage sandy soil, coarse-grained red soil, gray soils and unwashed river sand as the intercropping experiment of Eucommia shoots, the results showed that the rooting rate of red muddy soil was up to 90% The best cutting soil. Cultivation of sandy soils through intensive and rigorous disinfection can also receive rooting rate of more than 70% of the results. The other three kinds of soil should not be used for cutting soil.
