目的:探讨中药联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法:选择该院收治的128例糖尿病肾病患者的临床资料,其中,观察组64例患者采用中药联合贝那普利治疗,而对照组64例患者采用贝那普利治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组患者,且差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.23,P<0.05),观察组患者的24 hUMA、SCr、CCr等指标均较对照组患者出现了明显改善,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组与对照组患者的血糖指标和血压指标均较治疗前出现了明显的改善,且组内比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率相当,差异无统计学意义。结论:金芪降糖片与西药联合治疗糖尿病肾病可明显改善患者的临床症状,有利于患者病情的恢复,值得临床应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with benazepril on diabetic nephropathy. Methods: The clinical data of 128 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital were selected. Conclusion: The combination of Jinqi Hypoglycemic Tablets and Western Medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, which is good for the recovery of the patients’ condition and deserves clinical application.
