1　本病例临床特点1女性 ,33岁 ,生育期妇女 ,既往月经正常 ,疼痛发生在月经前期。2持续性下腹痛 ,无发烧恶心呕吐 ,大小便正常 ,无放射痛。无停经史 ,无阴道流血。既往无腹痛及腹部包块史。 3查体 :口唇无紫绀 ,苍白 ,肝脾不大 ,腹肌不紧 ,下腹部压痛反跳痛 ,尤以右下腹及脐下 1 The clinical features of this case 1 female, 33 years old, women of reproductive age, previous menstrual normal, pain occurred in the premenstrual period. 2 persistent lower abdominal pain, no fever, nausea and vomiting, normal urine, no radiating pain. No stop-reading history, no vaginal bleeding. No past history of abdominal pain and abdominal mass. 3 physical examination: lips without cyanosis, pale, small spleen and abdomen, abdominal tightness, abdominal tenderness rebound tenderness, especially right lower quadrant and under the navel
