儿童的个性形成和社会性发展是在社会化中实现的。在社会化过程中,儿童有时会体验到个人愿望与社会要求的尖锐冲突。家庭教育在学前儿童的教育中起着重要的作用。幼儿教师更懂得要尊重幼儿的主体性,调动幼儿的积极性,发挥幼儿的主观能动性,提高学前儿童社交商。
Children’s personality formation and social development is achieved in the socialization. In the process of socialization, children sometimes experience sharp conflicts between personal wishes and social demands. Family education plays an important role in the education of preschool children. Preschool teachers know how to respect the subjectivity of young children, mobilize the enthusiasm of young children, give play to the subjective initiative of young children and improve the social business of preschool children.
