1983年,我们对JDT-3型陀螺测斜仪地面部分做了改进,以微处理机为核心的数据处理装置代替了以中规模集成电路为主体的地面测量仪表。仪器采用了微处理机后,功能大大增强,精度提高,且可靠性也大为提高,使之更适用于“连续测量”的方法。 在JDT-3型陀螺测斜仪中,角度传感器线性范围为0度~±3度,由于采用“连续测量”的方法,要求传感器的线性范围达±7度,因而必须进行非线性校正。我们在设计新的地面测量仪表时,采用了计算机软件非线性校正的方法,将传感器的线性范围校正到±7度。在每隔15毫秒一次的动态测量中得到了很好的效果,仪器已经在邢台葛泉矿等处使用。
In 1983, we improved the ground part of the JDT-3 gyro inclinometer. The microprocessor-based data processing unit replaced the ground-based instrumentation with medium-scale integrated circuits. The instrument uses a microprocessor, the function greatly enhanced accuracy and reliability has also greatly improved, making it more suitable for “continuous measurement” approach. In the JDT-3 gyro inclinometer, the linearity of the angle sensor ranges from 0 degrees to ± 3 degrees. Because of the “continuous measurement” method, the linear range of the sensor is required to be ± 7 degrees, so a nonlinear correction is required. When designing new ground-based gauges, we used non-linear calibration of computer software to correct the linear range of the sensor to ± 7 degrees. In every 15 milliseconds once the dynamic measurement has been very good results, the instrument has been used in Xingtai Gequan mine.
