面对激烈的行业市场竞争和企业内生性发展困境,技术创新人才在区域制造企业快速发展和升级过程中的地位日益重要。本文突破以往从单一视角探讨人才培养的框架思路,创新性地从“投入-过程-产出”三维动态视角分析并构建制造企业技术创新人才培养机制,并以白酒制造企业为例,阐明其技术创新人才培养的运行机制、实现路径以及提升对策。研究发现:技术创新人才培养是一个由多环节构成、多主体参与的系统性工程,包含人才培养投入、发展支撑平台、环境要素驱动和人才培养产出四大模块。其中,人才投入是前端和物质基础;企业内外政策、制度与文化是重要环境因素;而人才培养平台则是衔接前端投入与结果产出的重要载体和“孵化器”。
Faced with the fierce competition in the industry and the endogenous development of enterprises, the status of technical innovation talents in the rapid development and upgrading of regional manufacturing enterprises is increasingly important. This paper breaks through the framework of past talent exploration from a single perspective and creatively analyzes and builds the cultivation mechanism of manufacturing technology innovation talents from the perspective of “input - process - output ”. Taking liquor manufacturing enterprises as an example, The operation mechanism of its technical innovation talents cultivation, the realization of the path and the promotion of countermeasures. The research shows that the cultivation of technological innovation talents is a systematic project composed of multi-links and multi-subjects, which includes four modules: personnel training input, development support platform, environmental factor driving and talent training output. Among them, talent input is the front-end and material basis; internal and external policies, systems and culture of enterprises are important environmental factors; and personnel training platform is an important carrier and “incubator” that connects front-end input and output.
