文化润疆的时代内涵与治理维度

文化润疆既是第三次中央新疆工作座谈会上提出的新发展思路,也是对党的治疆方略的补充和升华,其对推进新疆社会稳定与长治久安具有重要意义.文化润疆在新时代边疆社会治理中呈现出更加丰富的时代内涵,在理论基础层面表现为形成对于中国特色社会主义文化和民族文化二者的高度认同和自信.与此同时,文化润疆作为新疆社会治理的重要方略,在实践应用和治理秩序层面具有多元性和发展性,应以铸牢中华民族共同体意识、推进文化援疆、加强公共文化服务体系建设等作为文化润疆的重要路径.
