提出一种在计算机上能立体显示弧齿锥齿轮的齿面及其轮辐的程序设计方法。首先,根据弧齿锥齿轮的齿面方程求出一个轮齿的齿面上点的数据,然后经过旋转变换便形成全部齿面的数据。其次,将三维坐标经过投影变换到平面坐标上(称为世界坐标),再将世界坐标变换到设备坐标上。最后通过绘图函数将变换后的数据用图形显示在屏幕上。本文方法为弧齿锥齿轮的切齿仿真提供了手段。本程序采用的方法是针对WINDOWS环境下的编程而言的,但其方法具有普遍性。
A program design method of displaying tooth flank and spoke of spiral bevel gear on the computer is presented. First, according to the tooth surface equation of the spiral bevel gear, the data of the point on the tooth surface of a gear tooth is obtained, and then the data of all the tooth surfaces is formed through the rotation transformation. Secondly, transform the 3D coordinates into plane coordinates (called the world coordinates) after projection, and then transform the world coordinates into the device coordinates. Finally, the transformed data is graphically displayed on the screen through the drawing function. The method of this paper provides a means for the gear cutting of spiral bevel gear. The method used in this program is for WINDOWS environment programming, but the method is universal.
