近年来,伴随着我国高校体育教育体制的不断革新和发展,各高校的体育教育理念发生了翻天覆地的变化,“终身体育、快乐体育”的宏观理念已然成为发展特色体育教育的新思潮。而体育课程作为提升大学生体育素养,锻炼身体机制,以达到增强体质、增进健康为目的的一种教育学科,在高等教育知识产业结构当中有着不可或缺的地位。然而,当前我国高校体育教育课程仍然裹足不前,教学内容体系不健全、教学目标不明确、教学模式落后等严重影响了我国高校体育教育专业课程的发展进程。因此,笔者将根据自身多年的教学实践经验,结合当前新课程理念的教学要求,深入推进改革,破解现代体育教育进程中的瓶颈问题,以期为一线体育教育工作提供理论参考。
In recent years, along with the constant innovation and development of physical education system in colleges and universities in our country, the concept of physical education in colleges and universities has undergone tremendous changes. The macroscopic philosophy of “lifelong sports and happy sports” has become a new trend of development of distinctive physical education. As an educational discipline that aims to enhance the physical fitness and health of college students, physical education curriculum plays an indispensable role in the structure of knowledge-based higher education. However, the current physical education curriculum in colleges and universities in our country is still not enough, the teaching content system is not perfect, the teaching goal is not clear, the teaching mode is backward and so on, which seriously affects the course of the development of PE major in colleges and universities. Therefore, based on my years of teaching experience, combined with the current teaching requirements of the new curriculum concept, I will push forward the reform and crack the bottleneck in the process of modern physical education in order to provide a theoretical reference for the frontline physical education.
