重症肌无力是乙酰胆碱受体抗体介导、细胞免疫依赖、补体参与的自身免疫性疾病。实验性自身免疫性重症肌无力动物模型,是采用主动或者被动免疫的方法,复制出临床表现、药理学、电生理、免疫学及组织学表现等方面与人重症肌无力表现相似的动物,以指导人重症肌无力的研究和治疗。本文将近几年来对实验性自身免疫性重症肌无力动物模型的制备、评价做一综述,为进一步研究重症肌无力提供帮助。
