针对海南炼化800万吨/年炼油项目投产初期3.5MPa蒸汽过剩问题,增上15MW的抽凝式中压蒸汽发电机组,降低全厂能耗2.4kgEo/t;新投产的60万吨/年对二甲苯装置配套20MW的全凝式低低压蒸汽发电机组,投产后提出利用该机组富裕量对过剩1.0MPa蒸汽进行合理利用;结合目前的蒸汽利用现状,建议近期第二套60万吨/年对二甲苯装置规划设计中,将异构化循环氢压缩机的汽轮机驱动透平由3.5MPa蒸汽改用0.45MPa蒸汽,进一步提高全厂蒸汽利用水平;结合公司远期炼油发展规划,对蒸汽平衡进行测算分析,提出优化建议。
