在交变磁场中对DZ483高温合金进行固溶和时效处理,研究了不同交变磁场强度对DZ483镍基高温合金γ’强化相的形貌及其力学性能的影响。结果表明,交变磁场的施加一方面可以促进γ’相由球形向立方形转变,使其排列更加规则;另一方面使γ’相中Al和Ta元素的含量增加,Co、Cr和W元素的含量降低。此外,在0.06和0.1 T交变磁场中处理的DZ483高温合金,其950℃抗拉强度分别比无磁场时提高了2.3%和4.5%。
DZ483 superalloy was solution treated and aged in alternating magnetic field. The effects of different alternating magnetic field on the morphology and mechanical properties of γ ’phase of DZ483 nickel base superalloy were studied. The results show that the application of alternating magnetic field can promote the transformation of γ ’phase from spherical to cubic and make the arrangement more regular. On the other hand, the contents of Al and Ta in γ’ phase increase and the contents of Co, Cr and W The content is reduced. In addition, the DZ483 superalloy treated at 0.06 and 0.1 T alternating magnetic fields showed a 2.3% and 4.5% increase in tensile strength at 950 ° C, respectively, compared to the non-magnetic field.
