人力资源管理软件的发展历程及现状 第一代的人力资源管理系统兴起于20世纪60年代末期,当时计算机进入实用阶段,传统的人事管理又存在诸多弊端。但这时系统只能自动计算薪酬,无法反映公司的非财务信息和薪酬的历史信息,没有报表生成和数据分析功能等。由于限制条件比较多,所以用户很少,但它的出现为人力资源的管理的自动化展示了美好的前景。
