大家知道,在埋设通信电缆(铅护套电缆)的土壤腐蚀性勘测中,一直沿用以土壤pH、硝酸根与有机质含量等单项指标来评价土壤对铅的腐蚀性。但由这些指标评定的腐蚀等级往往与实际腐蚀状况不符,对许多腐蚀现象也难以用这些单项指标来解释,因而十分需要探找新的切合实际的腐蚀指标。本项研究就是为了适应这种需要而进行的。本文将通过室内试验和现场测试的结果,对于用极化电阻R_p作为土壤对铅腐蚀性的评价指标及其分级标准,将予以探讨;并将进一步指出土壤pH、硝酸根与有机质含量三指标的不足之处。
As we all know, in soil corrosive surveying and mapping of communication cables (lead sheathing cables), soil corrosion resistance to lead has been evaluated by single indicators such as soil pH, nitrate and organic matter content. However, the corrosion rating assessed by these indicators is often inconsistent with the actual corrosion status and it is difficult to interpret many corrosion phenomena with these individual indicators. Therefore, it is highly necessary to find new and realistic corrosion indicators. This study was conducted to meet this need. In this paper, we will discuss the results of indoor tests and field tests, and use the polarization resistance R_p as the evaluation index and grading standard of soil Pb. We will further point out the three indexes of soil pH, nitrate and organic matter Insufficient.
