基于大量的工程车辆翻车保护结构试验,分析了翻车保护结构的变形模式和失效机理。研究结果表明,多数不满足标准规定性能要求的翻车保护结构是在侧向加载过程中失效;翻车保护结构不满足垂直承载能力要求的原因是被加载构件形成了塑性铰机构导致大变形;纵向承载能力未达到标准要求的原因是纵向承载构件刚度不连续,导致塑性铰提前形成,无法继续承载。工程车辆翻车保护结构失效模式和机理为翻车保护结构的设计和制造提供了参考。
Based on a large number of rollover protection structures of engineering vehicles, the deformation mode and failure mechanism of rollover protection structures are analyzed. The results show that most of the rollover protection structures that do not meet the performance requirements of the standard fail in the lateral loading process. The reason that the rollover protection structure does not satisfy the requirements of vertical carrying capacity is that the loaded member forms a plastic hinge mechanism and leads to large deformation. Capacity does not meet the requirements of the standard because of the longitudinal stiffness of the bearing member is not continuous, leading to plastic hinge formed in advance, can not continue bearing. The failure mode and mechanism of rollover protection structure in construction vehicles provide reference for the design and manufacture of rollover protection structure.
