Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress on Approving the Agreement between the People’s Republic of China and the Russian Federation Concerning the Temporary Occupation of Its Forces in the Territory of the Other Party During the Joint Military Exercises (Standing Committee of the Tenth National People’s Congress on June 29, 2007 Twenty-Eighth Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People’s Congress Standing Committee at its Twenty-eighth Meeting: Approval of Defense Minister Cao Gangchuan on behalf of the People’s Republic of China on August 6, 2005 in Beijing signed the “People’s Republic of China and Agreement of the Russian Federation concerning the temporary presence of its troops in the territory of the other party during the joint military exercises ”.
