探讨大豆分离蛋白和低聚果糖联合应用对人免疫功能的调节作用。以不同浓度的大豆分离蛋白和低聚果糖混合物刺激正常人外周血单个核细胞(PBMC),分别测定淋巴细胞增殖、细胞因子分泌、B细胞分化和抗体产生等作用。不同浓度大豆分离蛋白和低聚果糖混合物刺激后均使淋巴细胞增殖能力增强(P<0.05),但明显低于ConA诱导的淋巴细胞转化作用;细胞因子IL-2、IL-12和IFN-γ的分泌水平明显高于未刺激组(P<0.05),且IL-12和IFN-γ的分泌水平呈现剂量依赖性;在中、低混合物浓度作用下,CD19+B细胞和CD19+CD138+B细胞的比例都较对照组有升高,而高剂量混合物刺激时该细胞比例变化不明显。研究结果还显示,和对照组相比,中浓度混合物刺激后IgG抗体的分泌水平明显增加(P<0.05),而低浓度混合物刺激时IgM抗体的分泌水平明显增加(P<0.05)。结果显示,大豆分离蛋白和低聚果糖联合作用可以在体外增强人体的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,并且两种免疫功能在不同浓度的混合物联合作用下呈现不同的变化格局,提示两种成分对细胞免疫和体液免疫功能具有不同调节作用。
To investigate the regulatory effect of the combination of soybean protein isolate and fructo-oligosaccharide on human immune function. The peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were stimulated with different concentrations of soy protein isolate and fructooligosaccharides mixture to determine the effects of lymphocyte proliferation, cytokine secretion, B cell differentiation and antibody production respectively. After stimulation with different concentrations of soy protein isolate and fructooligosaccharide mixture, the proliferation of lymphocytes was enhanced (P <0.05), but significantly lower than that of ConA-induced lymphocyte transformation. The cytokines IL-2, IL-12 and IFN- γ (P <0.05), and the secretion of IL-12 and IFN-γ in a dose-dependent manner. Under the medium and low concentration of mixture, CD19 + B cells and CD19 + CD138 + B The proportion of cells increased compared with the control group, while the high-dose mixture stimulated the proportion of cells did not change significantly. The results also showed that compared with the control group, the secretion of IgG antibodies increased significantly (P <0.05) after stimulation with the medium concentration mixture, while the secretion of IgM antibody increased significantly (P <0.05). The results showed that the combined action of soybean protein isolate and fructo-oligosaccharide can enhance the cellular and humoral immunity in vitro and the two immune functions showed different patterns under the combined effect of different concentrations of mixture, suggesting that the two components of the cell Immune and humoral immune functions have different regulatory role.
