对马鹿花根及种子化学成分的提取、分离及鉴定进行了研究初探 ,结果得到 5个化合物 ,初步鉴定为大豆素 (A)、大豆苷 (B)、葛根素 (C)等异黄酮类化合物 ,豆甾醇 (D)和 β 谷甾醇(E)等甾体类化合物 ,为马鹿花的开发利用提供科学的理论依据
The extraction, isolation and identification of the chemical constituents from the roots and seeds of the deer were studied. Five compounds were obtained and identified as isoflavones such as daidzin (A), daidzin (B) and puerarin (C) Steroidal compounds such as stigmasterol (D) and β-sitosterol (E) provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of red deer flower
