目的:观察延参健胃胶囊(以下简称延药)对大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎(Chronic Atrophic Gastritis,CAG)胃粘膜病理组织学及超微细机构的影响。方法:用20mmol/L脱氧胆酸钠制作CAG模型,以光镜及电子显微镜观察经延药治疗前后CAG大鼠胃粘膜的不同变化。结果:延药对CAG大鼠胃粘膜萎缩性病变具有一定的逆转恢复作用,其疗效明显优于阳性对照药三九胃泰冲剂。结论:CAG萎缩性病变可以逆转。积极探索中医药根治CAG 之有效途径具有重要的临床价值。
Objective: To observe the effect of Yan Shen Jian Wei Capsule on gastric mucosal histopathology and ultrastructure in rats with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis (CAG). Methods: CAG model was made with 20 mmol / L sodium deoxycholate. The changes of gastric mucosa in CAG rats before and after treatment were observed by light microscope and electron microscope. Results: Delayed healing of CAG rat gastric mucosa atrophy lesions have a certain role in reversal recovery, and its efficacy was significantly better than the positive control drug Sanjiuweitai granules. Conclusion: CAG atrophic lesions can be reversed. Active exploration of traditional Chinese medicine CAG effective ways to cure has important clinical value.
