目的提高我院电子处方的质量,探讨避免问题处方产生的对策。方法对我院登记的不合格处方日报表进行统计分析。结果根据《处方管理办法》,在40862张电子处方中,共审核出1525张,占处方总数的3.7%,有问题的地方1608处。结论必须不断完善门诊电子处方系统,加强医师的学习和考核,以及医务人员综合素质等措施来提高电子处方的质量。
Objective To improve the quality of electronic prescriptions in our hospital and explore the countermeasures to avoid the problem prescriptions. Methods We conducted a statistical analysis of the daily unqualified prescriptions registered in our hospital. Results According to the “prescription management approach”, out of the 40,862 electronic prescriptions, 1525 were audited altogether, accounting for 3.7% of the total number of prescriptions and 1,608 in problematic places. Conclusion It is necessary to constantly improve the outpatient electronic prescription system, strengthen the learning and assessment of physicians, and the overall quality of medical staff to improve the quality of electronic prescriptions.
