根据热波传播的特点,采用矩阵法求解一维热传导方程,给出了多层热释电探测器的热传导模型,用矩阵形式写出了多层热释电探测器对正弦调制辐射的热释电响应.用矩阵分析的结果,讨论了绝热层对提高探测器响应的作用及对绝热层的要求,分析了多层结构中各层参数对探测器响应的影响。
According to the characteristics of heat wave propagation, one-dimensional heat conduction equation is solved by matrix method. The heat conduction model of multi-layer pyroelectric detector is given. The heat release of multi-layer pyroelectric detector to sinusoidal modulated radiation Electrical response. With the result of matrix analysis, the effect of adiabatic layer on improving the detector response and the requirement of adiabatic layer are discussed. The influence of each layer parameter on the response of the detector is analyzed.
