为总结影响功能性鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术疗效的相关因素，对１０９例鼻内窥镜手术进行了临床探讨。计男５９例，女５０例；其中双侧５４例，单侧５５例（左３１例，右２４例）；年龄最大６３岁，最小１０岁；病史最长４２年，最短１年。有前期传统手术者１６例。手术中最大出血量１０００ｍｌ，最小出血量２０ｍｌ，平均出血量７４．８７±２．６２ｍｌ，手术并发症发生率占３．６７％。术后随访２～１４个月，临床治愈率占８５．３２％，临床好转率占９８．１７％。对慢性鼻窦炎的临床分期标准、术中出血情况、手术并发症的防止及鼻内窥镜与额镜的认识等问题进行了讨论。并认为鼻内窥镜手术是一种值得推广的新式手术
In order to summarize the related factors that affect the efficacy of functional endoscopic sinus surgery, 109 cases of nasal endoscopic surgery were studied clinically. There were 59 males and 50 females. Among them, 54 were bilateral and 55 were unilateral (left 31 and right 24). The oldest was 63 years old and the youngest was 10 years old. The longest history was 42 years and the shortest was 1 year. There are 16 cases of preoperative traditional surgery. The maximum amount of bleeding in surgery was 1000ml, the minimum amount of bleeding was 20ml, the average amount of bleeding was 74.87 ± 2.62ml, the incidence of surgical complications was 3.67%. The patients were followed up for 2 to 14 months. The clinical cure rate was 85.32%. The clinical improvement rate was 98.17%. The clinical staging criteria of chronic sinusitis, intraoperative bleeding, prevention of complications and the understanding of nasal endoscope and frontal mirror were discussed. And that endoscopic nasal surgery is a worthy promotion of new surgery
