从定制、敏捷制造和供应链管理3个维度构建时尚产业集群的一般性分析框架.基于以上分析框架,依据集群在组织过程中各个层面所具有的不同地位,提出适合不同合作基础和条件的时尚产业集群敏捷客户化制造的实施模式.在该项研究中内容,为细分模式的数量特征,构建出敏捷供应客户化产品的战略模型,模拟时尚创意集群竞争力的甄别与提升.本研究的重点是在服装企业集群中整合敏捷制造和供应链管理战略的关系,以便高效提供客户定制化的服装,并提出这些战略如何与提供客户化产品有效结合.
