1设计原则图1为飞机起落架外筒局部内孔的最终形状,加工过程包括盲孔内孔的去余量粗加工及半精加工,只能靠内排屑深孔镗刀来解决。生产现场使用的镶硬质合金内排屑深孔镗刀存在以下缺点:(1)排屑通道狭窄,排屑不畅,易堵塞;(2)胶木支撑易磨损,直径尺寸易变化;(3)刀具体积偏大,自重大。因此必须改进该系列的内排屑深孔镗刀。
