随着国家鼓励企业“走出去”的战略的不断深入,近几年国内大中小型企业到境外投资的项目逐步增多,有些企业在国外的投资得到了收益,也有些企业因境外项目管理经验不足而导致损失,本文结合中国有色矿业集团在赞比亚共和国投资建成的一个矿山项目--穆利亚希湿法冶炼厂建设项目(40kt/a阴极铜)的成功案例,就如何从实际出发加强境外项目建设期的计划管理进行分析,解决境外项目建设中的一般矛盾,保证项目建设顺利开展。
