对Φ177.8mm×9.19mm P110高抗挤套管建立了力学模型和有限元计算模型,同时对其实物挤毁试验数据和有限元计算结果进行了综合分析。分析结果表明,高抗挤套管抗挤强度大于API标准挤毁压力,但实际套管并非理想圆管,其本身存在残余应力、圆度和壁厚偏差大等制造缺陷,致使其实际抗挤强度远小于理想状态的有限元计算值。
The mechanical model and finite element model of Φ177.8mm × 9.19mm P110 high anti-extrusion casing were established. At the same time, the physical collapse test data and the finite element calculation results were comprehensively analyzed. The analysis results show that the anti-extrusion strength of high anti-extrusion casing is greater than that of API standard. However, the actual casing is not an ideal pipe. It has its own defects such as residual stress, large roundness and large wall thickness deviation, The strength is far less than the ideal state of finite element calculations.
