From October 30 to November 11, 1983, the Film Bureau held the second seminar on the script for the feature film studio in Beijing. Six film festivals including Chang Ying, Bei Ying, Zhu Ying, Guangxi, Inner Mongolia and Children’s Films attended the conference Factory deputy director of literature, literature director and part writer, editor.
