据交通部西部地区通县公路建设办公室透露,截至2002年1月,西部通县油路项目工程可行性研究报告已基本完成,其中94个项目已开工,55个项目处于设计阶段,101个项目正在进行招投标工作。目前,西部通县油路工程已累计完成路基土石方7739.84万立方米,路面工程8593.68千平方米,完成投资39.95亿元,占计划投资的10.7%。预计到今年3月底,除西藏、新疆和黑龙江省由于受自然地理条件限制部分项目将推迟到5月份开工外,其余省(区、市)均可按计划完成各项前期准备工作,通县油路建设进展顺利。
