为克服传统液压变轨吊伸缩臂笨重和灵活性差的缺陷,首先确定优化要素,采用Solid works对NDB-9/15液压变轨吊的主臂和副臂进行参数化建模,并对模型进行有限元分析.然后,利用Workbench在保证设计要求的前提下对其主臂和副臂进行质量优化.结果表明:优化后的主臂和副臂在满足设计要求的条件下质量分别降低了5.8%和3.6%,达到了优化目的.
In order to overcome the shortcoming of bulky and poor flexibility of the conventional hydraulic track trussed telescopic boom, the optimization elements were firstly determined, the main and secondary jibs of the NDB-9/15 hydraulic track-suspended crane were parametrically modeled by Solid works, Finite element analysis.Secondly, using the Workbench to optimize the quality of the main arm and the sub-arm under the premise of ensuring the design requirements, the results show that the optimized main arm and the sub-arm are respectively reduced by 5.8% in meeting the design requirements, And 3.6%, to achieve the optimization purposes.
