目的:探究在初始使用甘精胰岛素患者延续护理的过程中,应用电话随访的效果。方法:针对40例初始使用甘精胰岛素患者在延续护理的过程中进行常规护理,对另外40例患者采用电话随访,两组共80例患者均为笔者所在医院2015年2月-2016年2月收治。比较两组患者的血糖水平及依从性情况。结果:观察组患者依从性良好率为92.5%,对照组依从性良好率为75.0%;组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。针对患者进行空腹血糖水平和糖化血红蛋白水平检测发现,观察组患者明显较优,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电话随访在初始使用甘精胰岛素患者延续护理中的应用效果良好,能够改善患者的依从性,同时有效对患者的情况进行把控,帮助患者合理控制血糖相关水平,因此值得临床借鉴。
PURPOSE: To investigate the effect of telephone follow-up during the initial normoglycaemic continuation of care. Methods: Forty patients initially treated with insulin glargine during routine care were followed up by phone. Another 40 patients were followed up by phone. The two groups of 80 patients were all in the same hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 Treatment. Blood glucose levels and compliance were compared between the two groups. Results: The compliance rate of patients in observation group was 92.5%, and the compliance rate of control group was 75.0%. There was significant difference between two groups (P <0.05). The fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in patients were detected in the observation group was significantly better, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The telephone follow-up is effective in the follow-up care of patients with initial insulin glargine, which can improve the compliance of patients and effectively control the patients’ condition and help the patients to control the blood glucose level reasonably. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical reference.
